This customer called us with concerns that some shingles on their roof were old and starting to decay. They had growing concerns that it was causing water damage under the shingles. After our group of professional roofers looked under the shingles, that was exactly the cause. We then went right to work to replace the old shingles that were causing water to get through the underlay on the roof. We used shingled provided by Atlas Roofing, and the customer was highly satisfied with our work!

This ranch style home looked out of date with this particular roof. South Point Roofing and Construction freshened up this home with a updated roof and the customer could not have been happier. A new roof breathes new life into an older home!

Inspected all vents, resealed all exposed nailheads

Installed charcoal gray seamless gutters and downspouts.

This residence was without gutters, even with the steep roofing. To avoid property damage from runoff rainwater, we installed gutters and downspouts.
