We are absolutely delighted with the work your company did on the renovation of our sun room, and want to thank you for all the effort that you and your crew put into this project.
From the start, we intended to interview several builders, but after meeting you we called off the others. We sensed that with your honesty and integrity, that the job would be first class. In fact, as the work progressed, we could sense that you had a personal interest and really cared that everything was perfect. There's an old saying that, "customers don't care about how much you know, until they know how much you care"! You and all of your subcontractors shared the same attitude, and we had the feeling that they were family!
There were several times that we made changes, and you and Mark always responded with the same positive attitude that assured us that even the smallest details would be handed........and it was. All of the sub-contractors that worked on this project were first class, and we ask that you please thank them for the great job they did. They really gave the phrase, "Above and Beyond" a new meaning.
We look forward to enjoying our new room, and you can be sure that if we have an opportunity to recommend South Point Construction, we will. Thanks again for an excellent job.

Throughout the entire process you were a constant source of valuable information and positive encouragement and we greatly appreciated all you did to reassure us that our first (and probably only!) experience with constructing a home was a positive one from beginning to end.
We especially thank you for being a strong advocate for us in dealing with all of the vendors and subcontractors; without your guidance and intervention on our behalf in a couple of specific instances, things would not have gone so smoothly. With very few exceptions, we were extremely happy with your choice of subcontractors and in those few instances when things did not go as we all hoped, you were instrumental in correcting whatever issues there were to insure that our interests were safeguarded and that we arrived at a quick and positive solution.

When I moved my family to Aiken, SC almost two years ago, I was in search of a local home builder that I could depend on to build a quality custom home on time and within my budget. After interviewing several local builders and their references, it was clear there was only one builder who could meet my needs. That builder was Billy Hawley of South Point Construction.
Mr. Hawley met with my wife and me several times before construction began to make sure he understood our expectations. Once our plans were finalized, Mr. Hawley gave us a budget and construction schedule. He held weekly on-site meetings to review the budget as well as construction progress to ensure our satisfaction. South Point Construction used quality subcontractors as well as quality material to build our home. We are well pleased with the final outcome because South Point Construction delivered our home within budget and ahead of schedule.
We found Mr. Hawley to be a builder who is honest and has integrity. Our start to finish building experience with South Point Construction exceeded our expectations. We will be sure to contact Mr. Hawley should the need to build again arise.

My husband and I contracted [Billy Hawley with South Point Construction] in April of 2007 on a spec home that he had started building at [deleted]. At that time, only the foundation was complete.
Our overall experience with Mr. Hawley has been very favorable. He is professional in all aspects of how he does business, he communicates well with the customer, is concerned with the quality of his work and follows up promptly on any problems. He made it very easy customizing the floor plan to our needs and wishes. The house was complete and we moved in on schedule. We have now lived in the house for one year. We had Hawley Construction, Inc., dba South Point Construction build our house at [deleted]. We are very happy with the work that he and his subcontractors did. He did the job according to our wishes and finished the job on time. He was very helpful with any questions and changes that we made. He made some suggestions to improve some of the changes we made and we were very happy with the suggestions. If there was a problem or any questions, he responded very quickly to get the problem solved or to answer the question.
